hi im having problem with my ariston microgenus combi the pressure gauge has dropped down below 1. I tryed to top it up but no water went too boiler. I took off filling loop theres plenty of water pressure coming from cold water feed filling loop seems ok but still wont top up boiler any help would be hugefully grateful thanks

cant hear no water but it comes thru the filling loop ok

yer thats what it looks like but a think the taps are on brass valves on both sides and thefilling loop screws into them how would i check the one on the boiler wud i need to drain boiler thanksdo you have two taps on the loop as in the picture below?
Are both open? If they are, perhaps the 'boiler side' tap is broken?
