Combi Eco Elite boiler. won't turn on (split off from old thread)

I myself have a Combi Eco Elite boiler. After turning it off one night to go to bed, woke up and went to turn back on but no longer working at all. pressurised and all that etc. but will not turn on at all now

Connor, you should be starting your own post really, not hijacking a 4 year old one. Anyhow, more information needed.

Do you have a thermostat? If yes, is it turned up, do the batteries need replacing if wireless?
Is the heating set to come on?
Is the heating selected on the panel?
Is the heating dial on the front turned up?
