I need to fit new sink taps but can see any inline shut off valve for the hot water the mains is ok as I can turn off the mains inlet, help please

On a combi shutting the mains will also stop the hot

If its a combi just turn the mains off, it stops both hot and cold. Open other outlets to fully drain down.
