Combi, Hot water mare, Girfriend hassling me! Please help.

Hi - I have a 3 year old Ariston EuroCombi and a more recent girlfriend who wants a hot bath. Unfortunately - not compatible.

The Central Heating is perfect. But the water will start off hot, (can get boiling hot), and then it goes cold, it then may or may not go hottish again and so on.

I only have a limited amount of cash and although I'm almost certain the boiler (thats the Ariston) would be cheaper to maintain in the long run, I'd rather spend it on the girlfriend who does have other advantages worth forking out for.

Any ideas please? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Get a less demanding girlfriend.
By the way, don't you take hot baths ? Why did it take this long to find out ?


Sorry about that. Is this a new problem with the boiler ?

Hehe -

Its not a new problem - Its been over a year now - I take hot/cold showers and even though they annoy the hell out of me I guess I just learned to live with it. Not so others it seems!

This may be nonsense but I have this notion that things went wrong after the system was drained when I fixed a leaking radiator.
