My Worcester combi will run fine but occasionally (more often than not), when I run a full bath, of water the boiler will trip on overtemperature when I shut off the hot tap. Everything else in the house like washing machine, shower etc. don't effect it.
What type of Worcester? ?there is about 30 diff models. Did yo say it overheats when you shut the tap off ? if so do you mean it overheats just after you switch the tap off and does it make any unpleasant noise
I have a Worcester 240 which trips on overtemperature a few seconds after I turn off the bath tap. This doesn't happen with just say a sink full of water or the shower.
It quite often makes an unpleasant noise when I shut off any hot water tap, depending on how long and at what rate it's been running at. Any suggestions?
