Every company should list its company registration number, place of registration and registered office address on its website as a result of an update to the legislation of 1985. The information, which must be in legible characters, should also appear on order forms and in emails. Such information is already required on 'business letters' but the duty is being extended to websites, order forms and electronic documents...

Empip, don't understand your , but when you have a proper accountant your registered company has been told before the deadline to have everything in order.
(And I don't mean by putting that article on the site, we were notificed by them early December)

I look after our Co. web site we have proper accountants this is the first I have heard of this, I will look into into it when I am in company time.

First I've heard of it as well, I reckon they have just not bothered telling everyone so they can start issuing fines
