Composite Door hinge click

Hello,

I have a composite front door which has developed a click/notch type sound that can be heard when the door is closed. It doesn’t do it when opening and seems to have developed recently. The door has three hinges. Does anyone have any ideas what could cause this/if it can be sorted? Is it an adjustment issue on the hinge?
