Concealed cistern access

Is there a system that allows access through the push button appeture to maintain a concealed cistern??

Seem to remember something mentioned on here? Possibly? but cant seem to find anything??

Looking at fitting a Grohe adajio (spelling?) but the mrs wants it all tiled in looking for a compromise.

Geberit will allow access to the valve through the push button they do both concealed for back to wall pans and complete frames for wall hung pans.

[Charnwood]

Thomas Dudley and CME Sanitary Systems both do concealed cisterns with access panels at the front.
The Grohe Adagio only seems to have a lid on top for access.
