If a concealed cistern is plaster boarded in with just the flush plate for Access. Can you still have enough access to chang parts/service it? One is periodically running after being flushed so I'm thinking flush valve. Thanks

You can't often service it/swap parts through removing the flush plate. I will have to get some pictures

Depends on the size of the flush plate and the make of the internals. Some I do others I walk away from.

Removing the toilet pan can often allow access to the nut that holds the flush valve in place to the cistern.
