concord balanced flue boiler

hi have come across a concord boiler .The age of it is about twenty years old.Boiler working fine but seals on casing are past there best.Any idea if the seals are still avaliable and once fitted best way to test soundness of seals when boiler is operating thanks

Was told when doing my ACS that a naked flame can be used to check for draughts on RS appliances. Can someone confirm this??

If its the wall mounted concord then I use a foam sticky back strip stuff which works a treat and is exactly the same as the original.

yes it is a wall mounted. i was told to ldf to test seal ?Is someone winding me up with that suggestion?
