Do concrete fence posts have steel reinforcement bars in?

I have a fence post right in the middle of the top of my drive that I'd like to get rid of; it's surrounded by tarmac, so digging it out isn't really an option. I thought about either cutting it with a stil-saw (but will be too dusty) or just going hell for leather with the SDS drill to break it up.

What's best to do?

Thanks

Sure to be reinforced, I think.....consider cutting it as low as you can with an angle grinder plus stone cutting disc, and then whacking it to break the concrete away,
The rebar rods can then be cut down again with the angle grinder with a steel cutting disc.
John :)

Just to point out that a stone cutting disc will cut metal, it'll go through the blade quicker but it cuts it. Metal blades won't cut concrete tho.
