concrete floor disaster

I recently ripped out my bathroom suite (new one being installed) and decided to take up the old lino and the vinyl tiles that were on the floor (will be laying down either slate/ceramic tiles). After the hard job of taking the old flooring up I noticed that 3/4s of the concrete base floor was cracked and all the bits were moving about - so I set to work taking all this out too - roughly about 1/4 of an inch thick . It looks like concrete screed (old council property). Please can someone advise me on what to do next. I know the floor will need to be levelled out before I lay any tiling down. I need to find out what product to buy to level the floor out and add that 1/4 inch thickness back (if needed that is) pretty quickly because I am having the walls plastered on Thursday and then I want to do the floor so I can have the plumber come in and fit the bathroom suite on Monday - so need enough time for the floor to hardened.
Would greatly appreciate HELP!

Are you saying that you have just a quarter of an inch depth of screed applied to floorboards? No wonder it's all cracking up and moving around. You'd be better off taking it up and laying some marine ply over the boards instead.
