Concrete floor preparation

Hi. I could do with some advice. We have just finished an extension to the kitchen and now need to tile the floor with ceramic tiles. Problem is that the concrete floor has a few patches of grease (cooking accidents). Do I need to treat these areas or will the grout stick. If I need to treat the floor, what do I use? All advice appreciated
