I am thinking of building a new garage adjoining the house. It is on a very narrow drive and will be built right on the boundary with my neighbours drive. I am intending to build it with concrete panels similar to those popularly known as grimstone.
A) Will I need planning consent as the garage will be 8m long and 2.5m wide?
B) Will these panels withstand any abuse from next door. They have a son who kicks footballs against walls on most days?
Any other advice will be greatly appreciated.
