concrete panel garage

Hi does anybody have any idea of what I can paint/spray the inside of my garage with to stop drafts and leaks/damp getting in its a concrete bolt together panel type thanks

Run a sealant on the outside joints should do it.

I used to put garage bases down and erect pre-cast concrete garages, use mastic on the inside, the panels should touch together on the outside and taper with a gap on the inside, that's where the mastic goes, also knock up some mortar and make a fillet round the bottom of the panels to the base using a piece of 1.5 sguare section timber about 8ins long at 45 degrees. If you do any of this on the outside it tends to "suck" the damp in !

ahh Yes that's correct I've read it wrong, I thought the OP got problem with the nuts//bolts getting damp.
