Hey guys, I'm just trying to get a bit of info. I pulled up the flooring that was in my flat when I moved in and the concrete slab looks like this (photo below) It's reading high for moisture and is min 20 years old. Is this normal for concrete to look like this? Any advice? It would be really appreciated!

It's in the hallway and kitchen, potentially the bathroom as well, but I haven't taken the flooring up in there yet to see.

Just from the image, is this a typical look for concrete?

(I can't take a photo at the mo because everyone is asleep)

That flooring will trap any moisture rising from the concrete. Leave it a couple of weeks and test again, it will probably be just the surface that is moist. It looks like the floor has been painted and the moisture is coming through the worn areas.
