Hi first time post and will not be last I fear.
Builder has put new flat concrete tiles on pitched roof on extension.
Been on about a month and already they are cracked , discoloured , look worn and the bottom edge of all of them looks as if it's been chipped away by the rain.
Is this what will happen ? or am I being too proud about something that I thought would last and look new a bit longer?
I thought concrete was meant to be quite resilliant?
