Hi guys
we have a outbuilding garage in rear of house.
I was looking to demolish it and start afresh as its not full width and plus dated.
I am trying to save costs and save time but mainly costs. Wondered is it generally cheaper to build via concrete block or via concrete slabs.
the size probs will be 5m by 4m.
one side will be shutter and the other side windows and doors so in theory just 2 side walls mainly.
someone told me a concrete slabs can be built externally and installed on site. Would something like this be cheaper than conventional block work?
If i was to do block work i was planning a single skin anyway...
Any comments will be appreciated
thanks
