Unfortunately, there isn't really anything you can do to 'seal' that up, that would last any length of time.

Those pipes need to be glued together therefore they should really be stripped down and re-made properly, not that difficult or long a job for a professional as long as the pipe through the wall is ok and even then.
 
How long has it been fitted? If a recent new Boiler installation, then get the 'Engineer' back to sort it out properly at their expense.

I say 'Engineer' as any reputable Boiler installer would know how to fit that properly. Even if the correct parts have been used and they've forgotten to glue them together, it shouldn't leak that much!
