Hi
I have recently bought a ground floor, north facing studio flat and I am not sure if it is just condensation caused by the windows and poor ventilation or if I have a damp problem. I have no floor covering and would like to put some in before winter really grips but I am not sure if all is ok to do so? I have noticed that paper is sometimes a little crinkled which makes me think damp but there is no sign of condensation on anything other than the windows.
Has anyone had similar problems?
Jane
