Hi

Just fitted a polycarb roof over our pergola yesterday and we have condensation inside the boards in places

We fitted it together by silicone and pushing the boards to gether and used screws and cappings for top and then the white strips coveringall way round the edges of the boards

Did you fit it with the taped side on the high pitch and the breather taped side on the low pitch?

Hi

The top pitch had the silver foil on the ends and the low we cut down so nothing on this apart from the plastic edging that we fitted all way round the high and low of the polycarb
Also got a bit where we siliconed between boards when we pushed them together to join

Could do with taking the sheet closures off and putting some breather tape (sometimes called T bag tape) over the ends. Then pop your sheet closures on loosely. Don't seal them all up with silicone.
