Situation- recovering roof- new battens, new felt (Cromar Vent 3 light), reusing Marley eternit fibre cement slates.
Problem- felted one face of the roof yesterday. This morning, underside of new felt damp in places, old felt dry inside.
House is unoccupied, lots of air gaps into the roof.
Do I need to do something different or will the problem go away when i've got ceilings etc in place?
Oh yes, ventilation is as it was. Old felt had rottef at the eaves but looks ok elsewhere aart from inadequate turnups into non-existent flashing.
