The mains water for my property comes up from the floor of my airing cupboard by means of very thick, slightly flexible blue plastic pipe - it has a valve fitted and of course some copper pipe on either side of the valve. Naturally the water is cold so a small amount of condensation forms on the copper pipe - how can this condensation be prevented? It will have been like this for years, but having only just noticed it I'm naturally curious if it can be easily prevented.
