My garage seemed to have gone so damp since I changed to a double glazed window.

There is virtually droplets of water on the tin roof that makes anything inside the garage damp.

How can I sort this out ? Make some holes and put a couple of air bricks or vents ?

it makes the support timber wet that will rot soon.

Insulation on the underside of the metal roof will help a lot with that. Assuming you park a car in there, it will help to leave the up and over door open a little, after parking a wet car in there.
