Afternoon guys. By looking at some photos, can someone say whether we have a condensation problem or a more serious issue. We moved into this property in April

I found a damp patch about 6" in circumference approx 8" above the skirting on the wallpaper. Ripped it away, but no damp underneath. I assume they have had some issues before because that part is plasterboard. Where the aerial comes out , you can feel a draught coming through. Ripped off more wallpaper & i think that's mould on the back, but am perplexed the plasterboard underneath the damp patch is dry.

I've put some photos up for you to look at. Cheers

External pics would be more useful. Could be a leaking window frame causing damp encouraging mould especially if area is unventilated or furniture has blocked air movement
around that corner.

Hope these help.

Looks to be cracks to render? Which will trap moisture .
Are gutters clear and undamaged?

I had filled in the most obvious ones during the summer. Had a lot of rain this month, so i assume the dark lines in render are cracks too?

Gutter's are undamaged, but not sure if clear.
