Confused 2 gang 2way 1 way

Hi I am wanted to replace my downstairs and upstairs lights with those new touch ones.
when i opened downstairs i noticed that it was a 2 gang 2 way\1way and upstairs is a 1 way.
you can control the light upstairs from either upstairs or downstairs.

Well the new switch is a 2 gang and each gang has L1 L2 and a small yellow wire.

the OLD downstairs switch has the following
A - 2 way - yellow wire
A - 1 way - Blue
B - Comm - 2 times Red
A - Comm - Red
B - 2 Way -- ---
B - 1 Way - Yellow

so where do all those wires go on my new switch?
I will worry about upstairs later as it looks much easier that this one.

upstairs is a 1 way.
you can control the light upstairs from either upstairs or downstairs.

In that case the upstairs switch must be a 2-way as well.

Then it isn't suitable - it's a 1-way switch. You need to return it and get a 2-way one.

Have you omitted the earths for clarity, or are there none present?
