Confusing Pressure Gauge on a Worcester 24i

Hello everyone!

I have a Worcester 24i Combi Boiler and the pressure gauge has 2 arms (?) on it, one grey and one red (enclosed photos - apologies for the poor quality).

The grey one is below "0" on the gauge, and the red one above "1".

Does one relate to gas, and one to water? If so, any ideas which is which?

I have tried to increase the water pressure, but there were so many pipes at the back, I have no idea which one I should be opening to allow more water to flow in (see pictures).

There is one which appears to come from outside, would this be the one which needs releasing?

It does not have a "stop clock" as such, more of a bolt:

Thanks so much!

I have printed this out and will take it home tonight....just a couple more questions:

• Which pipe should I be attached this "key" to?
  Can I buy these from any DIY shop?
  Do I remove it after use?
  Can I continue to use my boiler for hot showers etc? Or is it really better not to?

All the 24i I've come across have an external filling loop.

Can you clarify which WB models need the key to fill up pls?

The only ones I know of are the Band D 24/28i Juniors (if fitted with the filling link kit) and the Band D CDi's (but not the twin pump models).
