I'm installing a linear drainage gulley for a new patio, and happily a 110mm pipe leading to a nice big sump that my builder put in recently runs just underneath.
What's the best wat to connect my gulley to the pipe?

At the moment, my best thought is to use a strap-on boss as I don't see a way to connect a T-Junction to a buried pipe. Trouble is, I can only find 40-50mm bosses in Wickes, and other local suppliers.
There's a 110mm connector running out of the bottom of the 1m long gulleys so would need to fit some reducer jiggery-pokery.

Now... a slightly dodgy idea that came to mind is to enclose the area surrounding the pipe with a box of concrete, fudge the two pipes together and seal with more concrete... ok, you can stop laughing now!

Hey, you're right about the lubricant!
I put together some push-fit soil parts recently without the silicone lubricant - boy, what a difference. A squirt of that stuff and they just slip together easy as you like.
