Connecting Tabletop Dishwasher

Hi

We have a table top dishwasher in a caravan and I’m looking for an easy way to connect the water supply which is normally fed from a clamped connecter on the tap which is fixed for each wash.

Could I use something like in the pic? The idea would be to connect like a garden hose. The female would be on the end of the dishwasher supply (standard 3/4”) and the male on the tap thread. This way the tap connector could just stay in place when not connected.

Don’t know what the regs are,but could you not just plumb into existing water supply?

With a washing machine hose it will be fine.

Thanks both. No we couldn’t connect up properly as would mean taking the waste and supply through a drawer cupboard. The caravan units have no service cavity down the back so the pipe work would clash.
