Whats the easiest way that I can connect a 3200 Mhz Vista computer to a 16:9 Tv with HDMI, HDI and component video inputs?

Could do with knowing what connectors you have on your graphics card as well Tony

Sounds like a pretty modern TV. Has it not got an XGA computer input?

It has a female 15 pin VGA socket with three rows of five pins!

Not so easy to look at the VGA card yet.

On a seperate note, the computer performance is only rated at "1.0" on account of the graphics whereas a friends very similar computer is rated at "2.0".

Is the graphics ONLY associated with the display or does it have an effect on other computer activities? Are there any settings which can be adjusted to improve it?

All you need is an VGA cable to connect from your computers vga output. Your computer may switch to external out but if not your graphics card will have the facility to connect to external monitor. If you have a laptop one of the function keys will toggle between laptop screen, external screen or both. Which function key varies with computers but is normally f4 or f5 but could be another. Check your computer manual for more info. You may also have to set the TV PC input to the correct mode.
