I am installing an ensuite facility and have to decide on the waste connection. The easiest route is to tee into the adjacent bathroom waste under the bath. I thought to connect with a 45 degree tee into the bath waste pipe. Will there be a problem of flow back into the shower which will be about 7 metres of pipe run away? Is there such a thing as a non return valve for waste water pipes?
