conservatory door mechanism

Hi all,
Im a long time lurker whos about to start ripping my house to bits so I thought Id better sign up as Ill no doubt need some help.
Problem number one:

I have a upvc conservatory which is about 20 yrs old but in really good nick, apart from a broken bogey on the tilt n slide door. I've googled all day but cant find the part I need which is made by a company called GU and is numbered gu 1472.0 or gu31472r depending what section you look at (the bogey and the tilt mechanism have slightly diff numbers).
Im in Essex and would appreciate it if any of you window gurus can point me in the right direction?
I can post a relevant pic if anybody requires one.
