Hi all,

Desperately trying to resolve an issue. Conservatory door's are somehow collecting water under the door's causing water damage to the wood and it has caused it to rot. I fitted the runaway section last week but after raining today, it has made zero differnce.

As the outside picture show's. There is a wet area from the guttering which has a slow drip but i cannot see how it would hit the door frame?

Any idea's would be greatly appreciated

External level far too high , probably breaching the dpc and rain will splash up the door .

Do you mean the external frame above the brick? We only moved in last July. Fairly older property do you think it’s been an ongoing issue ?

What would be the best way to resolve this ?
