Conservatory Internal Doors malarkey

20 years ago we had a conservatory built on the back of the house which was small enough not to need a planning application. The builder said you really should have internal doors. I told him I would do it later but never did. Fast forward 20 years and now we want to sell the house.

What should I be worrying about?

Their surveyor spilling the beans and suggesting they negotiate £1500 off for the new doors which they won't bother to fit. Well that's what I'd be doing if I was a serious buyer. I suppose it might, at a stretch, cause the buyer mortgage problems if it showed up on their survey. You could get a door fitted...

My friend has an open plan conservatory on the back of his house he bought 10yrs ago, always complaining its cold in winter and saying he is going to fit some doors! then summer comes and he doesn't bother

Tell him to fit those ones that can be closed in winter and opened in summer.
