Good morning,

In theory is it permissable to build a new conservatory onto the back of an existing single storey extension. The house is end of terrace. The existing extension is full width, with a depth of 2.8 metres.

Grateful for any advice.

Unless your conservatory will be only 20cm deep, no.

However, you could build out up to a further 3.2m under the prior notification scheme, as long as your neighbour raises no objection. In that case, it would be p.d. (subject to the usual restrictions).

In theory it is permissable to build...

Are you telling or asking us?

You can do what you like. Or are you referring to what can be under PD (Permitted Development)? If so, you can't use PD to extend on an existing extension (i.e. that was not part of the original house) if it goes above and beyond the PD restrictions.
