Hey,

Looking for some welcome advice from people that have had similar issues.

Conservatory is damaged, moving away from wall, cracks in brickwork and flooring. Its around 25-30yrs old and most likely on shallow footings. Damage was showing over 10yrs ago and has gradually increased over time.

We have the house on the market and of course factored in the damage to the price.

There has been a couple of viewings and the feedback has mentioned the worry about the conservatory.

Any practical advice on what options we have ie; can damaged conservatorys be repaired? (new flooring etc)

Thanks in advance

Sounds like the conservatory needs to come down. It's putting off buyers.
Talk to estate agent regarding options.

There's a broad opinion these days that a conservatory actually decreases value, instead of adding it.
