Mmm,
bit more than 2mm showing on those probe tips there.
Are you sure its GS38 compliant?

*Offers to send pensdown some lead sheathed cable, sheath clamping joint boxes for the same, circular light switches on wooden pattresses, slip tube, 'torch bulb' non maintained em units and other old stuff I've been ripping out this week*

(Or rather I would if I'd not chucked it all in the skip!)

Those circular light switches would have been worth keeping/selling on.

When I was an apprentice we ripped out an old maximum demand meter which was shaped like a test tube on a wooden base with a hand written scale up the side. It had a small heater coil wound around the base and inside it was full of mercury. As the mercury expanded it pushed up a float which stayed at the highest point.

I've never seen one since so if anyone comes across one I would be happy to take it off their hands. ;) :D
