Those circular light switches would have been worth keeping/selling on.

When I was an apprentice we ripped out an old maximum demand meter which was shaped like a test tube on a wooden base with a hand written scale up the side. It had a small heater coil wound around the base and inside it was full of mercury. As the mercury expanded it pushed up a float which stayed at the highest point.

I've never seen one since so if anyone comes across one I would be happy to take it off their hands.
