Hi
I am looking to lay P131 primer and 300HD latex screed over an existing sand/cement screed. I have recently decorated and the floor has emulsion and gloss paint splattered over it. There is also one small patch where some brush cleaner has soaked into it. Will this cause any problems? Can I apply neat P131 rather than diluted to ensure adhesion of the screed?
30/4/14 - Just remembered the builder also poured PVA diluted with water over the finished sand/cement screed to prevent it dusting up while we were waiting for it to dry out. Will this effect the primer concentration that I need?
Thanks
