Hi Everyone. Looking for some assistance. We’ve had a loft conversation done late last years (hip to gable with rear dormer) and when it’s windy it’s very noisy. The dormer roof is of cold roof construction. The wind noise is coming from the continuous vent soffit which wraps round three sides of the flat roof, then the sound goes over the insulation and out through the ridge. Is anyone aware of a way of reducing the noise and is this a common problem? Photos below!
