Hi All ... I am in the process of buying a single-skinned house and want to convert the external walls to double-skin to make it mortgageable in the future and more structurally sound. However, I am not sure where to start. What are my options? Do I get a builder or look for an engineering company? any idea how much a typical wall 3X3 might cost? any pointers would be very helpful!
