Cooker hood, 5" flat duct.

I am taking my 5" cooker hood outlet with flat duct (204 x 60) for 2 meters through my kitchen cupboards and out through the wall. I cannot find a suitable 5" flat duct wall outlet, only to fit 5" round, which makes life difficult going through the wall with an adaptor from flat to round. I can get a suitable air brick to fit, but nothing with flaps to prevent backdraft. As I have already reduced the outlet from 6" to 5", I cannot take it down to 4".

Any suggestions guys?

Everything you need here. I have one, and can confirm that there are shutters to prevent backdraught.

Thanks for that. I asked TLC if they had one of these, (204 x 60 airbrick & damper) which they denied having! I shall be back there tomorrow.
