I have got a few questions regarding cooker hoods, and I am hoping someone out there might be able to help!
Firstly, I have currently got a recirculation type cooker hood (I think a Stoves 600DC) with a serious looking fan within it. I understand that certain types of cooker hoods can be used for both recirculation AND extraction. Is this the case with mine (I can find no further info on the web about my model!).
Secondly I have got tubular ducting (made of heavy duty black plastic), running across the top of cooker hood location (coming from my bathroom) that vents to the outside. I was wondering whether it would be acceptable to "tap in" to this ducting and connect the cooker hood to it? If so what would be the best way to connect cooker hood extraction to the tubular ducting?
Many thanks in advance for your help!
