cooker hood

Hi I have a cooker hood/ extractor which simply recycles the air around the kitchen and id like to drill a hole in the wall and send the cremated burger smells outside.

Anyone have an idea of anything i should be aware of before i drill a big hole in the wall and where i can get a vent pipe to pass thought the wall and a outdoor cowel.
