Cooker not heating up

AEG double oven (electric) : the main oven is not reaching temp. All components are working , fan ,light, grill.
Its just out of warranty.

I assume the heating element is working but not getting the oven up to temp?
Has the oven got a fan?, is it working?
If not working, then it's bearings are probably gummed up, hence no heat dist.,and the over temp cut out has done it's job?.

Yes the fan is ok.
Setting the temp control to 250c the oven gets to about 125c after a hour.
This is the same for fan assistance or conventional.

Most likely the heater element has split.

Well I don't know about your cooker, but I replaced the element in my SMEG with little effort, so I would guess the answer would be yes.
