what is the recomended height from the floor for the cooker outlet point, and how far away from the cooker should the cooker switch be idealy

Height from floor - above worktop height, easily accessible. At least 300mm away from hob or sink/drainer(and not over them). Switch should be no more than 2m from the cooker.
