cooker works -- oven doesn't

Today is my 5-yr-old's birthday and when I went to bake his cake, I found the oven isn't working. We've been living in our house a couple of months and have used the hob regularly and the small grill/oven, but this was the first time we've tried to use the main oven.

The cooker is less than 2 years old. It is a Stoves Newhome ECH600MXa. When I tried to turn on the oven, nothing happened -- no light, no fan, no heat.

Any idea of what it could be or if it can be fixed easily?

dont suppose you have the manual?

our oven (different brand) wont work unless the clock is set, to do this you need the manual

I don't have the manual, but I fiddled around with some buttons (with icons I don't understand) and got it started. I'll have to find the manual.

The cake is baked.
