copper screws - anyone know where to get 'em?

Hi all,

a guy I fitted a door for wants me to go back and mount a large peice of glass art to his garage wall . . . .should be any easy job but the brackets he has had made are copper and he wants copper screws in 'em . . . . anyone got any idea where to get them? - I'd need maybe 5.5 x 50s - . . . thanks

copper is too soft

but you can get bronze ones from Yachty places

they are quite expensive but tarnish like an old penny so will blend in

you can also make brass ones tarnish brown by putting them in a hot oven. I was surprised when someone gave me that tip, but it really works. Wipe them with oil later for a nice gleam.
 
many thanks for your advice - brass it is . . although they only seem available with slot heads, whereas I'd much rather pozi as I will have to drive them into rawl plugs . . .
