Oh I am sorry mate
You will never guess
it was the two port valve actuator, it kept making and breaking
all sorted now
found it with a neon (how much of a cowboy am I ) on the fuse and noticed it was external.
funny as this could not have been the original fault as I already checked it
go figure? I hate boilers me
