Corner cracks and skim

We stripped wallpaper and there are some thinner and some more serious corner cracks. After looking online the plan is to fix these before skimming the walls as I don't want to skim wet angles so plan to do hard opposites. I plan to apply pva, use bonding plaster to fill the deep cracks. Then use multifinish as an adhesive for the corner paper and go over the corner paper with multifinish. Then do 2 coats of pva before skimming the walls. Really was just wondering how long after doing the corners can I put the pva layer on? How long till the plaster will be dry enough? Is 1 day enough time?

I know it would be quicker to put the tape in and skim immediately but I don't feel confident to go straight into plastering all 4 walls in one go and plastering wet angles. Would like to do 2 opposite walls at a time.

I'd knock the plaster off by the side of window and fill block cracks with mortar.
Might need to widen cracks a bit.
I've also used bolt resin to repair cracked blocks, so depends what I find.
Wedi washers and screws to fix metal mesh laths over blocks and bonding and plaster skim
