Corolla stereo wiring

Still have toyota radio problems. The permanent 12V battery line is not showing 12V at the stereo end
Can anyone suggest where the "12V battery" line for the stereo goes to at the far end? I am trying to chase it through the dashboard.
It's blue with a yellow stripe.
any pointers much appreciated!

Fixed it. Problem traced to a failed fuse in the fusebox in the engine-bay.
